Calvin , this counter will be listed under PN17 in 2015 because of the cancellation of new shares. Can't match the target of 5% of par value revenue.

Dia tak mau dengar, kita pun tak boleh buat apa-apa.
tak ada saham baru, tak boleh bayar hutang.
tak ada saham baru, paid up capital tidak dikurangkan 50 sen.
revenue 2014 cuma 6 million.
kalau paid up capital tidak dikurangkan 50 sen, sekurang-kurangnya 14 million revenue diperlukan untuk elak daripada PN17.

Total Debt is around RM200 Millions

Now Wisma MPI is valued at RM320 Millions

THE SOLUTION:

Sell Wisma MPI by Official Public Tender

Reserve Price of RM200 Millions.

If sold at RM200 Millions - All Problems solved instantly!

If There is Surplus - A Windfall For Share Holders

And Then Free From Debt Just Wait For 6 Lanes Highway to Reach Nusa Damai from Bandar Sri Alam. Also by then The Pengerang Boom will spill over to Whole of Eastern Iskandar

3 Things Can Happen

1) Company build houses & Now Selling Like Hot Cakes! High Profit due to very low land cost at RM8.40 psf

Tq Calvin. This counter is cheap cos of the reasons mentioned. Without those problems the price won't be at this price. So all these are already factored in the price. It may come down again nobody knows but may go up if more people knows the value of the land!

Good value to start collecting?

Calvin, the related party transaction has not been taken into account.
Do remember that they once did sell the land at a very low price to 100% owned company.
If this was to happen again, then your calculation will not stand.
Last time, Bill said that the land was sold to his 100% owned company because he want to avoid MPCORP fall into PN17.
This time?
You have to know another 2 months, if no par value reduction, MPCORP will definitely fall into PN17 due to failure to meet 5% revenue of par value.

For MP Corp Directors Own More Than 55% Shares. And The Assets Are REAL & VERY SOLID.

Shareholder Yap Chee Keong said chairman Datuk Syed Hussien Abdul Kadir has agreed to the request by minority shareholders to appoint an independent auditor other than current auditor Messrs BDO to take a look at MPCorp’s books to clear all doubts.


However, in the end, MPCORP reject the request.
"This comes two days after the company told Bursa Malaysia that the request was made without basis, but agreed to discuss the matter at its next board meeting in January."

The value has been gradually worn away by some schemes.....

Look at Kseng , with so much liquid cash and many said undervalued assets , some said it may touch 17-20 or 50 in RM ????So, what do u think ? it is only trading 5+ , about mpcorp , with so much debts , lands and properties all being charged or mortgaged , with huge and unpaid loans and liabilities , u think it may go.....?
