Sales from retail will definitely drop and property rental is flat...valuation wise is over Previously valuation is pegged at RM2.75 after recent development I would give RM2.30 only...
Don't forget to look at Aeon current loan...I will definitely interesting to watch what would they do with those cash proceed from loan borrowing in the 3-8 quarters..
AEON Will prove it next year..plz invest to Aeon..bcoz their management now want to pay their Loan interest using your money. plz think it twice b4 buy..sale now very weak.
They keep borrowing money to expand their business, and in other hand meas that their profit will get lesser due to the expansion cost. But once their expansion over, their earning will be back. This is a business cycle period whereby consumer sentiment are weak and depreciation of riggit and economic situation influence AEON. Business will getting better in future due to expansion in local and overseas. AEON is owning DAISO and also INDEX LIVING MALL (in IOI Mall Putrajaya) too.
Morning I aim CE already since analysis last night, but it went up from 2 cents to 6 cents without any movement from Mother. I only able to enter at 7.5 cents when mother started to move. I think later still got show for Aeon, wait to collect back lower~

I sold Aeon at RM2.66 and cut loss as keep more than 3 months it still keep dropping...free up capital and switch to other counter
