You must accept the fact that nothing is free launch, every success trading need a lot of handwork and patient, and dare to contrarian and risk taker if is under calculated margin of safety. In addition, there is also nothing is fair in stock market, majority shareholder always have upper hand toward minority shareholder, don need to blame for wolf and insider......its a free market but NOT fair market, just accept these fact, you will be more mentality prepare in stock trading. That's why the laws are there to prevent market manipulation, insider trading. You have not been affected because you are the dancing king - dancing in and out of a stock; or playboy king - love 'em and dump 'em quick right after you get your pleasure! However, many are genuine investors and interested in a long-term fruitful marriage. But the bangsat wolves and their KSL insider bangsats spoil it all. Many are therefore adopting your style - playboy king - and trash the KSL's price! But of course, I will factor in their tricks next round i.e. if they are not in jail by then.

Despite my effort being to transparent in trading, but still many forumer is still skeptical, teasing and nonsense at all. Of course, if is gain, people like you, but if share unperformed, many will curse you, if buy at bargain, people said will bring you to holland, if sell at profit, propeller laughing at you also citing up few cent so happy.....bla bla. But on the other hand, i still like to post my daily trading as i can exchange constructive view with many other investor here and most important is getting 'free entertainment' with clown comment, so that not so lonely in trading room :D)

Hahahah, i'm said Maybank share is back by its upcoming 24sen dividend + index link big cap, fundamental solid, therefore, downside risk is minimum and i dare and secure to invested all in. Maybank won't be like what you indicate it may down to ocean limit. The upcoming 24sen remain a cushion of any risk and of course if opportunity back again, will not hesitate to re-enter again. Remember, realize profit is the only real gain :D)

If law indeed work well and efficient, it definitely can deter insider trading, but to get VALID proof is rather difficult and time consuming and only few successful case in court, and it out of my interest in stock trading. Just for information, my today accumulate share GOB and skeptro all in positive 'paper' gain now :D)

It's good not to whine about the consequence of trading. You lose, you pick yourself up and learnt from the process. Unfortunately there are many crying wolf here. Seriously, that is also market manipulations. Can we control it? No. Jurisdiction doesn't work here.
Best to learn to do your own analysis.

hng33. Valid proof no problem. A simple algorithm can be set in a program by Bursa ran through KSL's trades from Dec 12 to 20 2014 and Feb 24 to 28 2015. The logic will select those with trades more than say 5 times both buy and sell in a single session. (But I am sure Bursa has such a similar program in their system). Then Bursa should narrow it down to about 8 traders doing multiple trades with one another buying and selling the most shares during that period. Then Bursa should zoom in on them and prob their shareholdings including their principals if any. The rest is easy. So hng33, in the age of the information revolution, every thing we do through a key-board is recorded and retrievable. Those bangsats and the KSL insider bangsats may not realise this, that their crimes are recorded and the sword of Damocles can be brought down on their necks at any time. I hope you are not one of the wolves, no?

sometimes I feel SC does not have strong enough political will to clamp down hard on moneypulators or the volume will be significantly, significantly lower... maybe they're being practical to be selective.

But......cronyism, close link between businessman + politician have great influence in our authority system....therefore, if you really want it work, perhaps can seek Tony Puan or Rafizi help to disclose and make it a pressing issue.

If Bursa regulates well against those bangsats, I am sure there will be more investors because the genuine investors will make more profits instead of the profits being stolen by those manipulators. There will be less uncertainty. The transaction volume will increase exponentially! We Malaysians sometimes have a victim mentality or masochistic syndrome - we like being raped and abused financially by the bangsats, make excuses for them..so that we can claim self-righteousness and sympathy or even show off our tolerance as a victim or boast about our smartness by being being able to escape victimisation by the bangsats! Sorry, I don't take abuses lying down!

No doubt, you can may suspect there is wolf or insider trading....but what is important for retail investor like us is HOW to MAKE PROFIT in bursa, so, just less worry about its, and focus back on stock investment and should pay more attention to portfolio performance.

hng33, no, not yet, wanted to wait and see how Puncak does today. My hypothesis goes like this, oil will stay low for quite some time, at least until end of this year. Oil companies share price should be low for quite some time, good for short term trades or long term holding. Furthermore, my fund is pretty much tied up by Puncak already, and no harm waiting a few days to see its progress...

upsidedown119 Not sure what's your objective here but I doubt moral policing people with skill to swim among the sharks is the solution here. Perhaps channeling the energy to the gatekeeper allowing the sharks in and do what they like is more productive. Also using rape to illustrate a market based system... is rather violent and distract the real issue. These moneypulators always disguise themselves as Casanova anyway. I have invested in my company, other private companies and investment products, I still find stock market is relatively more transparent and good enough, albeit imperfect.
