TPPA was signed by Malaysia Oct 5th. Seems will benefit exporting sectors eg electronics, wood based, chemical and palm oil. Also, importers will benefit from this with the elimination of all import duties to all countries of US, Mexico and Peru.

This stock is different from other furniture stocks in Bursa. It is held tightly by Taiwanese. They wana maintain the quality of the stock thus they do not simply give bonus / share split etc. They also have their KPI to adhere to. The coming quarterly report in November will see their NTA increased to at least RM 4.60 from current RM 4.22.
Yeah, Magni & Sam shoot up so fast from PE 8 to PE 12. Both eps also around 53 cents but this Latitud eps already 83 cents. Patient... I think RM10 no problem by chinese new year. =)
this company not declaring much dividen for a reason.. the company smartly use the money to expand by acquiring other company. The company also no need to bother for artificial growth ie. bonus issue, warrant etc. They more interested on growth of the company. go look at their share price chart n their cashflow..its a rm10+ company, people !!
