I will not buy any stock that declare esos and pp anymore.... initially thought esos or pp issue price will be within 10% current market price which I think is reasonable, but in bornoil case, esos is only 2.7cents, about 50% of current market price, and pp can be as low as about 3.3 cents when market price then is 7.5 cents...bilis share is very much diluted and depreciated....

Hold tight all shares... Long term. Operator also losing money to maintain price... When the shares actively traded.. Example buy sell 10% profit... Service fees/tax? They only can maintain when low volumes... Mean they will bleeding when this share actively traded...

I will still hold tight tight.... but actually a lesson to learn that esos/pp can be so low compare to market price. how the management determine the esos/pp issue price? is there any rules and regulations they have to follow to determine the esos/pp price or the company can fix the issue price themselves as their wish irregardless of the current market share price?

I have been holding this stock for a long time. Sold some recently at 7sen to reduce my exposure and today bought back a bit at 5 sen. The CEO bought 2mil shares at 6 sen on 3/9. So I think at current level it is quite safe.
