Actualy real scenario consolidation retail investor will be losses. Based on entry price. If price is higher. Some losses will be happen. So far company still not proposed consolidation yet. Worst scenario if it is happen.

I thought share consolidation is good as the number of shares will reduce and the value is still retained - learnt this in Netx :

If a share is 0.05 and consolidation is 10 to 1 then each share is 0.5

With the circulation reduced, the movement is alot faster hence better overall capitalization and better reputation..no longer a penny stock counter.

Yes. @silversurfer96. Absolutely correct as I also laugh saw many speculation without fact. Consolidation make entry price more expensive thus can immediate phase out small/medium speculation/manipulate. The queue no longer at >100mil as cost become more expensive.

Example now if buy 1, 000,000 shares cost is rm40-45k, assume 10 to 1 consolidation price will become rm0.45/0. 50 mean if u buy 1,000,000 u need to come out rm450k/500k. The only negative is higher entry price.

This counter will up if these conditions happens

1. Bornoil completes their limstone plant and start making money out of it.
2. The last gold findings only on one of the zone - if other zones indicates reserve and the total gold reserved is more than 22,000 oz, then the valuation jump
3. They actually start the digging process - Counter becomes gold miner


on the gold price - if you had done research, you would know that it will sky rocket once US announce the second stimulus package where trillion of US dollar will be printed by Fed. Once value of USD drop, most of bond market will source for gold as their safe haven - so there is a potential of a new high.

for people like me...just need to hold until the above happens and if all 3 happens - people will hold like they are hold their mistresses coz it can easily reach 0.5 - only a matter of when
