Abu and gang win, they will not allow IJM to take up the ICULS to dilute their stake in the company further. It would also mean that they will have to finance the debts through other means.

To SCOMIMR, it's still the same, SCOMIMR will take over the O&G assets as per the announcement in the proposals...

So if Petronas announces SCOMI as the winner of the contracts, it will still most likely be parked under SCOMIMR.

that's my 0.5sen comment :)

Pathew, this was a syndicated share back in 2009. After the price moved to the region of 58 xx cents the price drop and remained quite dormant. Each time it was revived, it failed to relive the run it did in 2009/10. We know that the mgmt was weak but politically strong. But now you would have the best of the two, political and strong management who ever wins.
