This company has signed up a lot of valuable and favourable JV agreements in the past few years. Hence, it should be a good target for take over if its share price remains so low when the property market starrts to recover.

The technical charts seem to indicate a bullish breakout. If it can hit 0.45, it has a good chance to advance to 0.50 and above. Beyond that, it's anyone's guess.
It has projects in KL, Sunway Mentari, Tropicana and Kuantan. All of it are launched and waiting for sales to materialise in the short and middle term. Profit on the rise and it should do well in the next 12 to 24 months.
