if too many court cases for particular compony is not a good sign. anyway, i think azrb is still worth to invest at low base on the projects secured and also put it foot to o&g service and plantation. As i sold all on 24th Apr and i expected to come if the price is reasonable by May ( below rm0.70). So, it is still under my observation.

hahahah slightly touch my range below 0.7 loll..for me i will treat it as another kim lun trend when warrant list the price drop from 1.7 to 1.55 after awhile (1-2wk+) only back to normal 1.7 range..

I bought into Azrb today as encouraging news that new elevated highway will be commencing soon. My remisier noted that price was purposely depress today to make way for some cronies into buying cheap today. Thank you.

Would like to note here that AZRB has successfully raise 100 millions from recent right issue. These 100 millions will be immediately use for soon to be announced East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) project and also the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) Teaching Hospital project. The par value reduction undertaken is to write off losses from one of its subsidiary. My remisier was fortunate to be close to AZRB directors and informed of today pressdown for cronies to buy cheaper before making further push once new shares are listed. Thank you.

In 2012 knm goreng up to 72c cum rights at 40c with lower ratio warrants. Price drop to below 60c on listing.
I still make money cos the warrants traded at 11c. Warrants covered and excess shares given during the rights issue more than cover the difference.

The difference here I think is knm to par down the debts here money for working capital and taking bigger projects.

I really interest to see what will happen when the Rights Shares and Warrants are expected to list on 16 May 2014. From the view of purchased 2 OR from market (RM0.68) and convert to mother share (added RM0.50) to get 1 warrant... RM1.18 = 1 share + 1 warrant?? I hope the share is way under value and should valur higher!
