AZRB is worth a trade at this juncture as its current price is way beyond its fundamentals. It will take some time for its improving fundamentals to catch up with its price..

I see AZRB.....is IJM 20 yrs ago.
It got construction, oil & gas, plantation, property etc same as IJM.
Today IJM is a giant market cap close Rm 10 billion.
AZRB mk cap only Rm 362M.....!!

There is big potential for AZRB....the best genuine bumi construction company in Malaysia....!!

Yes there is big potential but it takes some time for the management to convert the potential into EPS that fully reflect its market price.

Ahmad is very happy to read all this :) yeah, Ahmad is in my long term list.. can play in and out for next 10 to 20 years but again the matter of how long we need to wait for the very first cycle.... hope Y2014 will be realized.. remember, next 1 or 2 years... might comes the "dooms" we are at mountain top.... when that happens... im sure Ahmad will down and when we are at peak... it is not peaking... you get what i mean.. nevertheless... the fundamentals are strong but lack of players perhaps... or something is not right.. we have good news.. good on everything it needs but still.... waiting for awake of the sleeping giants! still my $$ stuck since last year at RM1++.. im sure there is more out there still on hold and waiting...

Stockraider, It is up to AZRB management to convert the big potential into EPS that fully reflects its market share price. Did the chairman mention any specific time frame in the chairman message in 2013 AR? Did the Saudi courts enforce the ruling of RM 80 million in favour of AZRB by the arbitrator? Has AZRB todate received the 80 million Ringgit compensation?

AhMoi yes u are right stockiest n fund managers they have deep pocket so they can do different sort of wonders (i.e for sure they have the ability to push up n down n do what ever they wish to)n at least i know that i don't even have proper pocket so if the perfect storm or tsunami come i will be wipe out gone without trace so to stay afloat instead i will harness the mighty power of perfect storm or tsunami to get very very cheap good bargain on the fire sale

Im more flexible as not FTT.... and not only 1 or 2 counters.. there is few counters I'm in..but as i told before, AZRB is my largest portfolio which was not in cut loss since last year (you will know the price for last year)... adding some during dips is just a small portion compared to last year price.. stay sidelines means more to not to jump so much when there is tries.. i try to be more careful and learn from mistakes... you know many promoters try to promote but eventually the facts from charts is shown... nevertheless, i didnt want to cut loss due to all good fundamentals and good informations, news... and so on... many "experts" wrote a lot recent days to make everyone stay in the course... lets ride together.. but the main driver still the big sharks.. so we just put a seat belt and go along lar..

Multi baggers are harder to come by as the market reaches its all time high.
AZRB is definitely an emerging multi bagger in the making.
The characteristics of a multi-bagger:

a) OVERLOOKED - Investors in general have failed to anticipate the changed business model, which gives rise to sustained exponential growth in EPS and solid margins over a prolonged period of at least 2-4 years. AZRB fits the bill.

b) UNDER RESEARCHED / INSTITUTIONAL - Funds are generally not in yet as the counter is under researched, the ones who can manage to get in early are the private investors who did their homework diligently. For AZRB's case, those who bought over the last 1 years, and the amount which they managed to buy was not significant anyway.

c) LIQUIDITY / VALUATION - One of the main reasons the stock was under researched was because there was no liquidity. There was noi liquidity because the owners were busily collecting shares, even PIE employees & MAJOR ASSOCIATES have been ploughing their monies into buying the stock every month.
Hence without proper liquidity the market cannot accord a fair price to the stock. Or a fair valuation.

d) CATALYST - The POTENTIAL massive re-rating has begun in earnest owing to the corporate exercise which will jump total shares from just below 64m to nearly a 130M shares on a POTENTIAL BONUS
Already there are plenty of funds lining up to put in their bids which had a massive re-rating upwards owing to better liquidity.FURTHERMORE AT PE 9X, CASH RICH, BIG DIVIDEND AND STRONG BALANCE SHEET ENTAIL A STRONG RERATING MAH
Why liquidity is foremost in obtaining good valuation?
Once funds can move in and out, they will want to own the shares especially when valuations and growth prospects are still very compelling.

e) SIZE - A most important factor in a multi bagger is the size.
You want IOI Corp to make 50% in appreciation in its share price now, its a phenomenal task as the market cap is RM 36bn.
Thats why I have been advocating SMALL CAP COMPANY.
AZRB market cap can go from RM340M OR FROM RM 0.75 PER SHARE to more than RM1bn OR RM 2.00 PER SHARE in 1-3 years without needing us to really expand our imagination beyond the realms of practicality.

f) SUSTAINED RUN UP IN EARNINGS - Look at the youthfulness of the THE PIE BUSINESS AND PROSPECT, the CAPACITY will kick in higher as they SUSTAINED and they are still GROWING.
g) EARLY - To get a multi bagger, you must be early. At just below RM 0.755, is it still early?
Who do you think have the confidence to buy at RM1.00 with no news, very few, hence you should check on actual trades and you will find
very minimal.
What you want to judge is how was the buying been after the potential
corporate announcement:

i think probably very much depend on type of noises :

1.Rassia/Ukraine... retaliation, energy supply to EU with knocking impact on UAS n EU GDP...

2. Palestinian/isreal... may be..just may be could become regional war extending from Syria-Iraq-Egypt-iseral (which has some sort of link to Russia-China probably indirect involvement if not how come the rebel having all those firearm ???? who is supplying it)

3 USA, EU, South America,Africa debt defult

if this type of event occurred it could cause major economic uncertainty recession etc....likely global mkt will have long n very deep cut....at least potentially like 2008/09 correction...

for now i dono will that happen but have to follow closely..

the rest the localized event such as recession in Australia, China, Argentina currency war etc will probably cause 10% to 20% type of correction and shorter term effect....

i dono when will happen but the noises are getting harder and louder every day... once it happen be ready to harness the perfect storm mighty power of DDDDDOOOOMMMMM just like in 2008/09......kikiki
