Wonderful results. Revenue up by 20% but pre tax profit fall by 3% due to unrealized forex losses and higher costs.. Net cash pile increased. If it goes down tomorrow, i will buy more.

Compared to previous quarter , revenue increased by around 19% , Compared with corresponding quarter last fiscal year , revenue increased by around 20%, Net profit wise almost similar to previous quarter and corresponding quarter last year.

What I observed is that cash balance increased by $30 Million.

Labour and material cost grow faster than their revenue. If they unable to solve this, next quarter profit will fall as well.

I see, thanks for explanation. Revenue definitely will increase next Qtr, just they must increase their efficiency to control the unit cost, Now selling pressure is not much, net cash company, PE7.8, still cheap, i will keep it as one of my portfolio as it's still good to receive the dividend.

I have been monitoring Poh Huat since last year and decided to go in when price was RM1.83-1.84 this morning.

The result is fairly good but may not as good as expected by some others, the company has been on the expansion mode & has been incurring capital expenditure to expand production capacity.

The company's revenue has been growing and we will see.

Among four quarterly reports in a year, the 4th always is the best. Plus US storm recently, POHUAT should be able to export more furniture to US. Must buy, must buy.

Labour cost increase due to one-off salary increase ma.. (Min pay requirement)
There should be no additional impact on this. The increase of revenue at last quarter usually will ensure great profit at year end.

I dont see any other factor that will make it drop.
I add in more for PohHuat WB at 87 cent :)

At that time, my judgement was downside -5% & upside +30%~50% for steel.

As for Pohuat, my judgement was downside -5% with upside +20%~30%. So it worth for me to go in.

You are right, paperplane, warrant will be good alternative.
