Why afraid of right issue? I think it's a legitimate way to raise fund to growing the company. What I'm afraid is investing in company that has no genuine plan for growth. Actually, since investing from April, I keep a look out for companies that do right issues and maybe just a coincidence....all generated reasonably good returns. For Tawin, If one buys now at 18sen, and you get 3rights(subscription price@6sen)per share, so after the right exercise, you get total of 4 shares for 18+6x3=36sens or 9sen a share. Will the foreseeable future price be more or less than 9sen? Hope this helps one to decide whether it's worth the risk or not.

Mother share price will drop after rights issue so PA price will also drop that’s why PA is trading at a discount now.

3 rights per share will increase share quantity 3 fold. Super dilution.

If you have a share worth 30 sen today, after rights, it will be less than 10 sen.

The difference is you PAY for this DILUTION. WTF!!!

Afew days After the ex date of the right issue, the rights will be credited to your account. It will be listed for about a week during which You can trade the rights. After this week, must subscribe or the rights will be worthless. I have a nominee account with public bank and the broker there does the subscription for me....I just pay, haha. But must beware of the various dates. Btw, the ex-date not announced yet.

Unfortunately its price will most likely become cheaper as investors usually do not like right issues. Also, its price has almost doubled. I suggest you sell high now and buy low later.

The lower ex price follows established law, it applies universally, not just to Tawin. We ourselves need to know the rules and do our own calculations to gain but following the rules.

Right Issue Ex Date still far from now . It may take time 6 months or longer . PA is good opportunity to SAPU now , PA and Warrant going to 1 free 1 as compesation of mother share price dilute on 1 for 3 RI . And PA conversion price to mother revise to 0.05 only , Warrant is 0.10 only .
Future 1 PA + 0.05 = 1 Mother Share
Future 1 Warrant + 0.10 = 1 Mother Share

You hold 1 PA will become 2 PA
You hold 1 Warrant will become 2 Warrant
Example :
1) when future mother share price 0.18 , PA price is about 0.12
because conversion price is cheaper 0.05 currently is 0.075
2) Warrant price is about 0.10
Because conversion price is cheaper 0.10 currently is 0.20
Most of the peoples is overlook this adjustment and PA & Warrant are hidden gem .

@graphic . Yes PA is better than Warrant . Currently conversion price is 1 PA + 0.075 = 1 Mother Share .
After RI Ex Date : 1 PA you hold become 2 PA .
1 PA + 0.05 = 1 Mother Share .

Tawin trading volume reduce significantly whilst prices steadily hold and rise. i guess those "any force selling" and "short term players" are already flashed out. And current share price may be solid and stable. So awaiting some good news or "new catalyst" to boost it up.

According to its Annoucement earlier. it stated in the prospectus that the Right issue matters are expect to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. That mean to say either in Jan, Feb or March.
