好彩早上买完全部票了。

这个管理层不老实，之前一直说Q4前有信心能拿到20亿工程，原来都是说爽罢了。最新的Q4 报告那边也没再说20亿工程了，前几个Q一直拿这个来做买点。哈哈

记得Mustakim 说过几年会有20%的增长，看来也是说爽的

最新的业绩很难看，和管理层所答应的很大出入，现金流也很难看，全部都不好。突然感觉kpower 管理层不可靠，像是吹水多过工作酱，promise 多多但是做不到。

管理层很重要，诚信很重要，说了就要做到。
这种公司只会已经给你美梦，让你上车。很多人就是因为这样错信管理层而亏钱。哈哈

之前的爆炸性一直拿到的工程都是从OHP 那边拿到的，OHP 那边很久没拿到工程了。看来 kpower 这边也不会得到什么工程了。哈哈

SCIB 和 serbadk 的业绩应该很难看。

如果serbadk 业绩突然很难看，就要立刻卖出了不能再犹豫。 因为serbadk之前每个季度都很美的，突然不美了就代表之前的都是粉刷，都是假的。

各有各的看法。 个人是觉得这个股这次做对了，receivable和liability都减少了，继续保持着不会太高的liability和receivable就好，别再跟scib和serba，一直给股息然后没钱了又pp算什么事，股息等公司有多余的钱再给，先把钱存起来发展公司才是王道

We all know price is down not because of fundamentals but because of Karim element. The companies above dont have karim as substantial shareholder. Nobody trust the results we dunno if the numbers in your comparison are true or just fake

以下的因素就是为什么我会卖掉Kpower

1) 管理层的诚信很有问题（说明信心满满会在Q4前拿到20亿的epcc project，但是做不到，也没有交代原因！？前几个Q也是拿这个20亿 project来做买点，这个个Q反而完全没有提到20亿的project了，很不负责任！！）。

2）公司从4月到现在9月尾完全没有锁到一份新合约，让我很质疑Mustakim的能力。

3）之前2020年爆炸性拿到合约都是从他的私人公司OHP那边给的，就是左手给右手而不是从公开市场竞争拿到的合约，OHP website 也很久没有更新了，OHP 没有新合约就代表Kpower 也是零鸡蛋的，这样是很不健康也不靠谱。

4）Q4的业绩真的很难看，营业额和税前盈利双双下跌到让人无法接受的一个程度，这个不是成长股应该有的表现，而且Mustakim在之前的Annual Meeting提到今年会是爆炸性的成长，看来也是说说而已，诚信问题。

5）营运现金流持续负流出，一年内流出了差不多20Mil。工程是有的但是就好像白忙一场，钱一直流出）。

6）现金流也是负流出，从念头的100Mil到年尾只剩下50Mil多这样的，非常不健康，只就是为什么短短一年内要做第二次的private placement了。

7）Karim和Mustakim 做生意的手法真的让你止步，都是靠嘴巴粉刷，吹捧自己的公司多好，而让投资者麻木买入而起到股价长高的效应。

8）公司刚起步就开始给20%, 30%的股息。股息是好但是有能力派发才是重点。而不是靠借钱来派发股息。这个也是Karim和Mustakim的一个技巧来锁着投资者的心态来买入他们公司的股票。

9）Kpower以这样的营运模式继续经营 ，很大程度会变成第二个Serbadk。

10) 管理层清一色都是某种族在管理，公司的合约也是靠关系才拿到的

11）OHP 是属于own and assets 公司而不是epcc公司，基本上epcc哪方面是毫无经验的，所以Kpower拿到的epcc project 基本上都是公司再外批其他工程公司去做的。 对Mustakim的团队能不能执行epcc project我个人是保持质疑的。

12) 技术图方面，基本上股价是一直向下滑的。每次的拉升都能看得出大户在出货。现在的股价和Karim and Mustakim 收购前还有一段距离，就是说股价还有很大的下滑空间。很不乐观。

13）Serbadk现在面临着审查丑闻，以过往在Malaysia被审查师质疑的公司都不会有好结果。我看Serbadk也不会例外。

Still got hope for these reasons:

1. Mr Mustakim the founder of Kpower has increased his shareholdings

If really so bad he would have sold and not buy more Kpower. The very fact that he increased his purchase shows he knows where he is going

2. We follow the pilot and not the passengers or air stewards or stewardesses

It is the pilot who directs the plane route and not the people

If insiders are still in control then we should not listen to outsiders

3. The plane might fly through turbulence but if the plane equipment is sound all will eventually reach destination safely

4. Do not panic as long as the pilot has not parachuted but give his full attention and confidence for a safe passage

5. In fact this period of price weakness is an opportunity for all long term holders with stamina. As Warren Buffet said, "To be greedy when others are fearfully selling".

Comparisons may be more relevant in 12 to 24 months time if KPower can attain any traction in the solar sector.

Mustakim’s direct interest in Kpower mother increases by more than 100%. Check his direct interest in 6 months ago.

If he’s not confident, he would have done the opposite by selling his direct interest to the company Grand Deal Vision Sdn Bhd co-owned by him.

Please remember, directors can’t buy or sell shares in open market 1 month before the release of QR. If the directors wanted to buy or sell, they have to do deal outside market.
