Aiyo CE price at maturity date is calculated by mother shares lah. You can goreng CE to RM 10 also can, but at the maturity date, the CE payment is by mother shares calculation.

CE exercise price 1,20, conversion ratio 1.5.
If today mother shares closed at 2.00, case settlement for CE is (2.00-1.20)/1.5= 0.5333.
If today mother shares closed at 1.95, case settlement for CE is (1.95-1.20)/1.5= 0.5000.

They save 0.0333 x 40,000,000 shares= 1,332,000.

Usually SKP moves with VS in tandem. Today SKP is lagging behind VS, tomorrow SKP should play a catch up game.
