Looking at the trading board and trading activities, my guess is that this counter has been cornered. It could be played up and play down easily to facilitate the movement of its LA and WA.
Got to be very alert to trade these three counters.

Let compare the value of these 3 shares in a very simplistic way i.e by converting all shares to mother shares:

Mother Share is 75 sens
If you buy LA and convert to mother share , yu lowest cost will be 7.5 sen +52.5 sens and your cost will be 60 sens per mother share>

If you buy warrant, you cost will be 15+80 sens or 95sens a share.

So why so much warrant is traded today... simple.. majority sharesholders are selling warrant to buy LA...You get it.

So I totally agree, the eventual winner will the LA holders.

you do not have to convert, just hold on to it. Unlike warrant , if you do not exercise, when the time expire , you get nothing. This LA is different, it has a value of 7.5 sens all the time. Eventually, when the LA matured, at worst, the company will combine 8 units of LA and give you one unit of mother share. It is very much better than warrant. Funny thing is warrant worth 15 sens today and LA closed at 7.5 sens. While warrant is out of the money, LA is actually selling at a discount. With a mother share at 75 sens, LA should worth at less 9sens. Simple , just divide 75 sens by 8, you get the fair value of LA....

yes, if you want to buy Iretex, LA is a cheapest way to go in . It is also the safest in comparison to warrant. You do not have to convert your LA, just sell ihem when the price up.

The ms will focus on disposing their warr immediately after the bonus exercise. To clear their position, they hv to push up its price to improve the premium to attract punters' interest. Once done, no more premium for warr.

Hi Kheng , they have done that yesterday and I believed they have sold bulk of it and bought LA.....Why not, any major shareholder with little bit of accounting background will do that. Remember. Mr OOi is a Chartered Accountant.

Actually, no need to throw WA or LA like that one... keep for a while, wait for better price before deciding. Throwing like that seals d fate that it's price will definitely go down. New counters, give them a chance. Never too late to convert later .. In many counters, warrant performs better than mother shares....

how can you say like that......we compare apple to apple ... Today to convert LA at 8 sens to mother share,you can do 2 ways..... 1. 8sen + 52.5 sens= 60.5 2, 8sens X 8 =64 sens. However if you want to exercise the warrant, you have to pay another 80sens. The cost of mother by converting the warrant is 14+80=94 sens. Further more on maturity, LA still carries 7.5 sens, whereas if you do not convert WA on maturity.. you get nothing... Haha.. so you see , why WA is dropping........ because yesterday and today's prices were all controlled.. You just wait and see..LA will go up and up and WA will keep dropping..

Until all seller sold LA, LA will move up following mother. T3 today maybe mother will be 75, then LA could be 10-12, maybe 15? If mother 80 then LA could be 18-22. LA may buy if break 12, cut lost 9.

Warrant could be 38cents LA could be 45cents. Just buy LA and wait for 24cents fair value enough. If 30cents above bonus. Watch warrant. Those sold now all buy back 20 cents. LA more valuable than warrant but purposely push down price to buy. Wait and see the show.

I don't think warrant & LA could up to 0.38 & 0.45 unless mother share above 1.00
Today LA close at 0.10 = mother share at 0.80;
warrant close at 0.195 = mother share 0.995, think tomorrow will drop due to profit taking

Only way the buyer make money from warrant is LA catch up 20cents vs 20cents. Then investors more willing to buy warrant. Or maybe they make money from warrant then attack LA tomorrow so ultimate goal could be LA. Or maybe ultimate goal is iretex share. We make some from all 3.
