Count down 9 days to 04/07/17 court case.
The new date shall be given on 04/07 for tafsiran ganti rugi di depan YA Hakim. Most likely the new date for tafsiran ganti rugi di depan YA Hakim should be 1 more from Jul and the case is towards the tail-end. There is nothing much Hong Leong MSIG can do. Assuming the high court award 50% of the previous award sum would be RM12-13Million and which is deemed good.

1 month ago Mr. Mea appointed to the board, 1 month later Ong Xin Yi appointed as New CFO. This is very obvious that Peter is trying to do something big and has been started its plan since 15/05/2017. Show time is coming.....If you buy now at 0.095 and sell at 0.105 or 0.11, the increment is close to 8 to 15% within 1 month. The court case is on 04/07/2017, the new date shall be given for the final tafsiran figure and the case is almost reaching its tail-end. Expect the unexpected.....

After 04/07/2017, there will be new date for tafsiran ganti rugi. Do you think the BB will let you sapu cheap?The morale of the story for the trading day on 29/03/2017 is a good lesson to us. The BB sapu it till 0.115. i think BB gonna start to collect it by this week and definitely before 04/07/2017..... hold tight and buy call now at 0.0905 and 0.090......

Teh Diven, the court case is towards tail-end. Do you think BB will let you to sapu cheap? Furthermore, the coming case is on 04/07 which is less than 7 working days.
Please check the e-filling website, the coming case is to be handle by Pn. Nur Hidayah and the date for Tafsiran Ganti Rugi is to be given. all in all , the court case is towards tail-end and i assume no more than 1 month from now can get the answer d. Where to find 1 stoick that can give you 15% return in 1 month? Maybank? CIMB?Genting?
The answer is DPS......

The BB just to scare you all, that is why purposely force down to 0.09 and 0.095. Those with no holding power got no choice but to sell at cheap price.....The court case is towards the tail-end.

After the court case against MSIG, DPS will go after HSBC Takaful for claim of RM11.5Million. So how much DPS can get? Total is RM23Mil (MSIG) + RM11.5Mil=RM34.5Mil.
Please read through their announcement on 2014.
Teh Diven, i think you are BB to spread negative news.
Ths simple theory is to buy cheap and sell high. Now the price of 0.095 and 0.90 is high or low agianst their share price 1-2months ago? The answer is current price is damn cheap....
