As mention by yingchai , the court case soon will tail-end. So before the court case end, the BB will push down the price as low as they can for collecting purpose. I don't think BB will push up the price before court case 04/07.

shareking 1, after 04./07 you wont be able to sapu cheap stock. The issue now is to collect before 04/07 and wait for it to fly sky high.

collect 0.095 or 0.10 and wait for it to fly high to 0.105 or 0.11 just within 2 weeks time. Next monday & tuesday is Public Holiday so buy now the T+4 will be on next wednesday....Good deal....

I just realized 1 thing, when Pn. Nur Hidayah sit in for the case management always got development 1 and followed by Bursa Announcement. Previous 1 case managment on May the officer was Puan Wan Azira with no development. What i trying to say is that i assume the officer in charge of this case is Pn. Nur Hidayah and sure there will be latest development.....
Just ask yourself if you are MSIG, will you drag further? The answer is no, cz the longer it drag the amount is to be compunded with interest. So MSIG also would like to settle the case soonest possible. So the case management on 04/07 will bring new development and the case is towards tail-end.

No body can confirm 04/07 will give fix date for hearing the court case, maybe another postpone. I will collect it when price at 0.08 and wb at price 0.04 .

shareking1, the case managment for Tafsiran Ganti Rugi started since Jan after court the judgement from Federal Court, There is KPI for the high court to comply. Furthermore, this case is only tafsiran ganti rugi since Federal Court already given their judgement.

If you collect today the T+4 will be on next wednesday. Then the BB will sapu it on next wednesday and the subsequent T+4 will be on 04/07 which is ngam ngam for them to earn profit

Orson, I am afraid to disappoint u that after the reassessment, which may finish earliest by year end, possibly by next year, the decision is appealable to the Court of Appeal and later to the Federal Court. In this "worst case" scenario, expect to wait at least another 2 years !!

Puan Nur Hidayah Binti Abd Mutalib or Puan Wan Azira Binti Wan Khairilanwar, it is all the same as they are both the same rank, i.e. Penolong Kanan Pendaftar.
If it is PK in front of a judge, then more likely the next date will be hearing date.

I never belief what comment by mango. But today the selling volume for 0.095 increase to 1000 ++lot. Luckily yesterday no sapu 0.095 all. I belief than BB will keep continue pushing down the price.

Yeah i am back.
Dear frens, i am so surpised yesterday's transaction volume and price. I am really pity for those who sold at 0.09 yesterday. The BB is laughing all the way and waiting to sapu more stock. I think BB will start to push up the price on next Wednesay. (BEAR IN MIND IS NEXT WEDNESDAY)
I can conclude the shareking1 is BB... Last year he kept saying DPS lost the court case. So i suspect he is now trying to ask ppl to sell low to him.So he can sell high on 04/7.
Just ask yourself, if the case managment is not favourable to DPS; BB will definetely sell now and sapu after 04/07.
However, if they push the price low it means they are going to goreng it on 04/07 until 0.11 or 0.115,,,,

Haha. In Jan Mango2 always gave negative comments. End up, the price increased from 0.75 to 0.110. Now he said that at this juncture of time, i think this round will increase from 0.09 to 0.105. in less than 2 weeks time. Somemore next week is long weekend with only 3 working days. Good timing to sapu now. I had enough and dun want to buy any more....Enough for me. BB sure very happy yesterday. U just need to move opposite with Mango 2 in this counter to earn big money....

If the court case is appeallable, then BB gonna goreng it this year. Or else gonna wait for next 2 years based on Mango2 statement. So more reason for BB to goreng this counter.....haha....For me, it makes no sense to appeal it again after the reassessment by another high court judge in coming July. If that is the case, the federal court should decide the figure during this year January. Serve no purpose to revert the case to high court and route back to COA and Federal Court again....Mango2, really good at mislead ppl.

BB purposely put low buy queue at 0.09. Try to scare ppl. But to me, since 04/07 just about 2 weeks from now, might as well wait for it to fly sky high. Hold tight. The buy queue @ 0.09 is fake 1. Yesterday, the transactionn value is close to RM180K but y the price maintain at 0.09? If you use RM180K to goreng this counter, the share price will shoot up to 0.105. The conclusion is that BB is trying to scare ppl to sell cheap to them. Once, they accumulate enough then will goreng it. As small investors, we should act before BB. To me, to buy at 0.095 is better than you get nth after BB show hand.....After BB show hand, the price going top shoot up to 0.105 anytime within few minutes.
