Buy Wong Engineering safer

I think will drop further, the property segment not more pipeline and no more new project. The potential counter should be Wong Engineering Corp Berhad. I suspect they are going to inject the properties and land bank to Wong as according to business weekly magazine.

Tiong Nam financial should be koyak, China tycoon prefer GDEX, POS Malaysia instead of Tiong Nam. I think the share price shall drop further to below RM1. Then, TNL can go for private placement. If their private placement is 10% discount from the market price of RM1.00 then the subscription is merely RM0.90. I think this is very possible.

Good luck guys,my advice is to avoid this counter. Can consider to buy if the price break the support level to below RM1.

Best timing to buy is Apr, i think the price will drop further to RM0.95. Be patient and wait....

The coming quarter should be a disaster to TNL. No significant contribution from Property Segment. Pinetree Marina Project is towards tail end. The logistic service takes year to generate income....Good Luck Guys. The best timing to buy is Mid of May......

My target price for this stock is RM1.25. The price will definitely shoot up after EGM(next tuesday), this is a long awaiting news for MBSB, hence; the market sentiment should be positive after EGM.

2nd issue: BNM going to announce the increase in interest rate on 24/25(next wednesday and thursday), most likely MBSB wil be benefited from this.

Next week is the booming time for MBSB. Keep accumulating my dear frens. Buy now at 1.15 and sell next week at 1.25.

The best day to buy is on Friday, T+4 will be due on 29/12/2017(Friday, next monday is public holiday). BB will sapu the shares 1 day before the QR announcement or the same day. So better buy on Friday as insurance who knows they announce the QR result before 29/12/17. Buy b4 too late......

My target price for this share is RM1.35 for short term, RM1.50 for mid term and RM1.80 for long term.

My advice now is to wait patiently, the share price of MBSB is going to drop further. Is up to you all whether to believe me or not. I wont reveal my target price of MBSB anymore.

I think whether is in the list or not is doesnt matter to Tiong Nam. First and foremost, TNL is going to kick off the international route from China all the way to Malaysia. Is is very difficult for TNL to ensure all the goods is syariah compliance. The most important thing is the route is profit making route.

Just to share some material litigation case of TNL with you guys.

Currently TNL is counter claiming Tan Ngee Hong Construction Sdn Bhd for RM82.883Million.
The hearing is on-going. The last hearing date is on 27-30 November which is this week.

If, TNL won the case; the RM82.883Million will be treated as one-off gain. I hope the management can consider to provide special dividend to small shareholder.....

Somemore, the share price of Iwcity is deemed stable now.

Yup, the latest PE is 26 now and will drup further to PE less than 20 by FYE2017. For those who sold after the financial announcement last week better think twice and my best advise is to buy back now....

This company will be like 2nd Kerjaya Prospek. Dun forget the IBS is going to take place in 2nd quarter of 2018. Buy now and keep for this stock.

The catalyst for this stock will be:
1st continuous support by LBS Bina Group.
2nd IBS system going to contribute signficantly on next year.
3rd Maybe, i just say maybe ML global will be benefited by the Zhu Hai project....
4th. Last friday transaction didnt show the "sell on news" in fact, a lot of ppl buying. The share price increased from 1.64 to 1.70.....

28-Nov? oh my god, i think the share price will keep dropping until 1.10 very soon. I think this quarter should be worse off than last quarter.

Pray hard they making profit, if they report losses like AAX; i think share price will drop till 1.00 or even lower...If no dividend being declare then i think can throw the shares d.....There is a l lot of counter out there with better divideng yield....

Power Root Berhad, even though profit drop last quarter but still declare 4sen dividend....

Lets pray hard no more case managment. If case management postphone again with bad quarter result, this counter can throw into the rubbish bin d. The Ringgit is strenghtened againts USD. So it will definitely affect DPS for its export business.....

The property not yet launch. This counter can only rely on insurance claim for survive. If insurance claim drag for few more years, this counter is very dangerous.

I really wonder why the management can take so high salary but didnt show any performance to the company....

Dear frens, we know that each successful IPO subscriber only got 2k or 3k lot. In which is not easy to accumulate hugh stock by BB. For the past 3 days, BB has been accumulating lots of stock from retailer by pressing down the price. A lot of panic investors keep selling their share. I think BB gonna start goreng this stock on today. 1st catalyst: Good Financial Performance, 2nd catalyst:Awareded contract worth RM28++Million. This 2 catalyst is good enough to goreng the price up...

JUst wait and c, i really pity those panic seller that sold their shares to BB. This is their strategy to accumulate stock. BB already invested so much money in thsi stock, what they will do next it to goreng this counter.

I think BB cost is RM0.285 per piece, so 30% profit will hit target price of RM0.3705.

Really no result until today, better sell lor....queue to sell at 1.23...Hopefully any kind soul can buy from me. Wanna escape from this counter.My 6th sense told me this quarter result gone case again just like last quarter.

If no result by today then can throw d..... by the way i had made handsome profit sold at 1.21 and 1.22. Lower down my queue price @ 1.00. I think will break the support level and 1.10 and all the way down to south @ 1.00. Bad results and no dividend which is consider a double hit blow to all investors.... Normally, it will takes manufacturing company 6 to 9 months to turn around from its poor performance condition. So this quarter result should be koyak....
