I think DPS May only move after announcing 30-06-19 qtr result sometime in August, where Peter will incorporate the proceeds of MSIG into the qtr result like JOHAN to bloat up the profit tremendously to push up DPS to as near as NTA value or greater....

Thanks KK. Next month, i am in Surabaya for training. I ask my Corporate Lawyer during Lunch
time about KK( something fishy) suggestion. He said you cannot Trial by suspicion, need Hard evidences( like Najib RM999mil jewels in Apartment ). Current judge is on reassessment job.
He said is it normal for Insurance Co. to request breaking the payment into 3-4 portions( 19m not small amount )

when both parties cannot come to agreement---the Judge steps in (ends) Anyway that is the function of a Judge. The judge will announce 19mil( original) judgement and closed the File. Msiq or Shantawood will have to file a protest in another Court. However both parties knew very well, once a Judge announce a Number(19m), it will be used as a Basis in All future Case(very sticky to remove) No agreement means the End of Reassessment is next.
