Why T7 global only dropped 16% while Velesto dropped 50% today ?

Answer now:

1. Because Velesto is in oil rig rental for extraction of oil. Since Saudi, Russia and Us shale go into price war there might be a huge glut of surplus oil. As such Petronas might scale back oil exploration and oil extraction
This will hit velesto, sapnrg and others

But T7 global has secured jobs for subsea and topside maintenance

This is to service and take care of Petronas Carigali, Vestigo and Repsol Trillion ringgit oil platform and oil cities already set up

Like this:

If tourism business is bad you don"t buy more cars or coaches to transport people

But you still need to maintain the fleet of vehicles already purchased or else they will get rusty or break down . So maintenance is always needed.

2. Today T7 management think T7 is oversold
So company is buying back T7 shares as high as 34 sen

3. Directors of T7 have bought millions above 45 sen to 55 sen and still holding firmly

4. The locked in jobs are very long term for 5 to as long as 10 years
So in cyclical oil demand T7 will surely rebound higher one day

5. One more thing. Unlike Dayang, penergy and Carimin which have gone up in a bull run T7 global is still a laggard

And with progressively good results T7 global will rise up steadily

Calvin Tan Research thinks at 34 sen T7 global is very attractive and undemanding

No matter how Petronas has already built the Trillion and Trillions ringgit worth of oil rigs, platform and min cities that need maintenance jobs

And they already set aside monies for Maintenance work

T7 global is very secure as it's cost base is practical and manpower skill par excellence

Whoa!!

Market Carnage but T7 global didn't fall so much by percentage compared to velesto, knm, Uzma or carimin

T7 is not into oil exploration and extraction but into subsea oil maintenance jobs

So the difference is between getting more oil which is not so needed now

But maintaining the Trilions dollars worth of Oil rigs and platform still a priority

These important highly valuable structures must be maintained thru good and bad times

So stay safe in T7 global if you want the buy oil stocks

Yes

Repair and upkeep Trilions of assets in the sea is a must

Just like a country must keep an army for it's safety

An army is for defense against Invaders

So subsea maintenance jobs must continue

Petronas cannot allow it's assets to decay and rote

T7 closed unchanged at 28 sen firmly while Mikecyc Zelan crashed from 5 sen to only 3.5 sen for 30% down in one day

Sell whatever Zelan left and switch all into T7 global or Netx
