T7 Global: Secures two supply contract extensions. T7 Global has bagged two contract extensions, one each from Hengyuan Refining Company and PTS Resources SB. The value of both contracts will be as per the order request and pricing stipulated in the contracts, it said. The first contract involves the supply SBM hoses and accessories to Hengyuan, while the second contract is for the extension of supply of battery systems. (The Edge)

In my opinion, they are doing well. Strong balance sheet and future prospect is very good in well services, mopu and mcm contracts. Good for long term investment.

PPE = 59 million

Borrowing = 45.65 million

Gearing Ratio = 0.78 ... getting risky


Note :

many people may have forgotten the scandal that broke out at T7 Global Bhd,then known as Tanjung Offshore Bhd about 5 years ago ,involving fraud and money laundering allegations.

Mikecyc... are you still owning any T7 shares ? Was trying to understand your adverse comments on T7 unless you had lost lots of money in this counter; and trying to give valuable advice to others not to fall into the same shortcomings like yours.

I'm not sure how mikecyc calculate gearing - only using PPE over borrowings, very misleading...

How about the cash of RM55m? T7 is currently in nett cash position as of last year FY2019, means they have enough cash to cover all its debt. Gearing is only 0.2x, very healthy balance sheet and financial position, if you asked me. They still have good borrowing capacity to grow their business if you look at their balance sheet.

T7 current ratio is about 3x, has very low financial risk. If you want growing company, T7 is one of them, of course you wont see excellent result in just 2-3 months due to current situation. definitely next year and 2022 when MOPU's revenue kicks.

Vincent Tan's story is 2 years already bro...

As for his story, i really thinks his divestment is due to media pressure as he do not want to be in the limelight for the wrong reason as a high profile investor.

5 years ago the scandal involved a totally different management and board, ever since Tan Sri Tan Kean Soon took-over you see the company has turnaround from red to green, making sure they have improvement every year...

I believe in the new management of T7.. showing promising growth
