Perlombongan bauksit boleh diteruskan - MB

MENTERI Besar, Datuk Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail mengesahkan semua aktiviti perlombongan bauksit boleh dimulakan pada bila-bila masa.

Katanya, ketika ini, kerajaan negeri meminta operator yang berminat mengusahakan aktiviti itu mengemukakan permohonan secara rasmi.

“Operator berkenaan perlu mematuhi peraturan dan prosedur operasi standard (SOP) yang ditetapkan Kementerian Air, Tanah dan Sumber Asli.

“Kerja perlombongan bauksit di Pahang kini sedang menunggu masa untuk dimulakan semula,” katanya.
