KUALA LUMPUR: OCR Group Bhd's associate Landasan Surimas Sdn Bhd has entered a joint venture with the Pahang State Development Corporation (PKNP) to provide mechanical and civil work related to the East Coast Rail Link Project.

A joint venture company known as Taraf Raya Sdn Bhd will be 70% owned by Landasan Surimas with the remaining 30% held by PKNP.

Before spore Sentosa opened up it was called Pulau belakang mati

Now name changed to Sentosa island and very prosperous

So before April 2020 Wzsatu saw poor results

Now Bauxite mining restarting will bring in tonnes of monies for WZSatu

Plus ecrl job award will spur interest

Insiders also see "ahead" of time and buying like no tomorrow

Or they buy because they "see" tomorrow very very good?

1. Their cost price ranges from 60 sen to over Rm1.00. So at current prices Wzsatu is deemed very undervalue

2. Great turnarounds for WZSatu is now on due to Bauxite mining resumption plus Ecrl job award imminent

3. Rights issue priced at huge attractive discount cum free warrants thrown in simply irresistible to Directors.
So they bought and bought and bought

So just buy

In fact bauxite mining license is ready for applications with the new SOP since September 2019 , why still no license is issued? The new SOP is much stringent and more investment capital is needed
