只要人口增加，鸡旦的销量就会增加。没有市场问题，安心持有，再说接下来
公司的股息，红股等，我不想错过公司2008年上市，至今6年的机会等待。

股市大跌,一连跌几天,都是跌够够力的,支持点一直在破。好多股都跌了几十巴仙,也是有好多好股大跌。基本面好的也跌, 因为大家怕熊来了,保住本钱比较重要,所以拼命的丢。直到昨天才回弹,一回彈,综指就升20点。也有好股如inari一天可以起50仙。我买的股就没有那 么够力的反弹。

正如我刚才说的基本面的也跌了佷够力下的,那么还要看基本面么?也是没用啊? 其实不然, 你有没有之前想买什么股,发觉太贵而不买呢?现在其实就是时候,可以去找找那些股的价格,如果你满意, 那就是一个很好的时机了。 虽然我们不知道下一秒会发生什么事,可能我们买了,它还会再跌。但是如果你买在便宜的范围内,即使是再跌,也是很难再跌很够力下了,因为你觉得便宜了,别 人也是一样会觉得便宜,是时候买进。 所以再跌,只要心态正确,够稳,就不怕然后再以更便宜卖出。

如何知道已经是便宜了?

便宜不是说1毛两毛叫便宜。一定要以PE来做考量。一般上,PE 15被认为是正常水平。如果在PE 15 以下都还好。 PE 10以下也算便宜了。PE 5 以下就更便宜了。 这也是为什么KLCI不能突破高点。因为PE已经超过15。所以到1892点就上不去了。

PE也是有陷阱的。比如某公司卖掉产业而得到一次过丰厚的利润,这样也会影响PE变低,即使是亏损公司,忽然卖掉产业变赚钱公司去,PE又超低,这样的公司就要避免。

PE是拿最新4个季度的EPS来算的。股价÷ EPS= PE。 除了依靠之前季度的EPS,也要预测接下来的EPS有进步,这样才能说是买到便宜的公司。

现在PE少过10的公司忽然增加了很多。大家不妨在这个周末找找,或许就是你2015年的钻石股。(teoseng 7252 可留意哦)

我在昨天4.41 分买进了MBsb,在2.59买进40LoTS。当作FD来看待。大概有8.88%的利息。手头上的股还有DSonic。也是40LoTS。 这些就持有着。看看接下来的局势如何发展,再来决定自己的组合成员。 这次的调整(还是小熊出没),把我之前赚的都吐回去了,还有亏少过500那样。不过不用紧,还在股海里走动,就不怕没有赚钱机会。MBsb是肯定会赚回来 的,因为收购价在2.82. 所以基本上,还是有赚些些。

有人赚多,有人赚少。我有赚就好。

以上只是个人意见,自己研究,买卖自负。

專家舉10個理由　全球經濟樂觀

（華盛頓18日訊）過去一周來金融市場隨經濟展望轉趨黯淡而劇烈震盪，令人疑懼是否印證10月是股市腥風血雨的月份。但經濟學家認為，有10個理由值得對全球經濟成長保持樂觀。

1.仍有充沛流動性，足以支撐需求與股市。

美、英、歐、日等主要央行的低利率與寬鬆政策，可望延續至2015年。

2.美國基本面已改善。

公共與民間債務占國內生產總值（GDP）比率，自2007年來已降低。

3.美國經濟轉強。

失業率降到6年低點，工業生產反彈，據估計美國經濟仍以大約3%的成長步調持續擴張。

4.歐洲情況沒那么糟。

經濟學家預期，德國應會躲過衰退，西、葡和愛爾蘭情勢也已改善。明年初歐洲可望恢復成長。

5.全球車市復甦。

摩根大通估計，9月全球汽車銷售增加40萬輛，接近去年12月創的空前最高紀錄。歐洲汽車銷量年增6.1%，是3月來最佳。

6.油價下跌。

撇開抑制通脹的效應不談，油價跌能助長消費者與企業的支出。據估計，原油價格每跌10美元，就能推升全球成長率0.4個百分點。

7.中國調控經濟，讓成長步調趨穩

中國經濟比先前達二位數的超高成長率更穩健。另一亞洲指標經濟體新加坡的第3季成長率也優於預期。

8.低成長率與低通脹率維持愈久，經濟擴張期就愈長，至少摩根史丹利經濟學家費爾斯如此認為。

目前這波復甦已持續約5年，相較下，1970年以降的擴張期平均5.8年。

9.美元自7月初以來升值約6%，有助促進歐元區與日本的出口、提振兩地經濟。

10.已開發經濟體的債券殖利率降得愈低，就愈能迫使仰賴外資的新興市場經濟體改革，以減少承受外部衝擊的弱點。

德意志銀行駐倫敦首席經濟學家福克茲蘭道說：「隨著年底將至，我們預期會有更清楚的跡象顯示，全球經濟已觸底，2015年將加速成長。此時宣稱市場底部浮現還言之過早，但最近的風險趨避似乎過了頭。」11.别忘了12月25白人过年, 哈哈(这个我讲的)

估计TEOSENG 2014年EPS=20 SEN 算
a)行业15倍的平均本益比,股价=RM3.00
b)24倍的本益比,股价=RM4.80
个人推算,进出自负.
