A bit same, but ICN is considered as loan (with the right to convert ordinary shares); IPS is considered equity (with the right to convert ordinary shares). For the financier or funder, ICN is much secured as it ranked before preference shareholders and ordinary shareholders.
I believe in FYE2018 & 2019, their cashflow is tighted and do not have new significant cash generating projects. And the bank is not comfortable with this kind of cashflow projection, then the Company obtained the ICN to finance it working capital loh. They utilised a portion only, in past 12 months minimal or no utilisation of this ICN finance limit. Thats post a point to me whether the Company already have enough internal funding or any other plan for the operations.
Zai, yes. i believe so, langkawi will be impacted badly. But of cos, i believe their main income source is come from their duty free shop just beside underwater park which is one of the largest and establised duty free shops in langkawi. If not mistakne should be located center of the cenang beach.
For cash settlement warrants. Yes. but must be very be careful, sometime in the money still subject to price fluctuation. If the exercise ratio is large, then any slight changes in mother shares will cause the whole warrant lost its value.
I see. From Google research, most people buy warrants is for trading, very unlikely to keep it until expiry date. All the calculation and technique is worth to learn. Wow!
