funitec. For the quarter ending 31/3/2015, AWC has RM61 million in cash-on-hand and cash at bank. Total liabilities amounted to only RM36.5 million. Free cash available is therefore RM24.5 million. The cash payment portion of the take-over is RM14.85 million with payment spread over two years after completion of the takeover deal. AWC therefore has ample cash to finance the take-over without resorting to borrowings.

Dont buy using remiser or bank margin . It is meant for three days only or one week with interest or one month with int n roll over fees unless therr is a raging bull. Obviously not now . Pls buy order when can pick up if price does not move other wise might as well play roulette
