fundtrader, the top guys wanna kill off those warrant holders and don't want their stake to be diluted, most will not want to convert their warrants to mother share(except for the loaded), for example if u buy 1,000,000 warrants at 1 sen, will u want to convert the 1 mil warrants and pay RM750,000 unless u r super loaded

Agreed. The directors have sold off the warrant. The Company will receive the funds soon from China sale and does not require the cash from conversion of warrants.

My guess, directors want the warrants exercised, so share price should go up, make sense for them to raise another RM75m so they have a larger fire power to do deals

Warrant in the money. Can buy warranr to exercise mother share if you think share price will move up after warrant expire.

no experience on warrants, but it looks simple though, just press down the mother price and never let warrant holder a chance to earn money.......

Warrant holders wishing to subscribe for new shares can buy from open market if stock price is below 75sen. Avoid dilution.

Last day to convert warrant to mother share is 19 May,
From now until then, price will be controlled.
If Salcon needs money from the conversion, price should be maintained above 75sen.
Otherwise, to discourage conversion, price will not be above 75sen.

Why convert warrant to mother share when it can be bought at a discount from open market ?

Most likely price will move up after 19 May which is the last day to convert warrant to mother.

About Volksbahn Technologies Sdn. Bhd.

During a project engagement in 2012 it became evident that there is a serious void for an integrated strategy and integrated planning between the two traditional disciplines: development-construction and technology-services. Closing this gap was a strategic and operational necessity and the starting point of developing a specialised expertise in how to use technology and subsequent technology services for generating operational value add and new revenue streams in the public infrastructure space.

This advisory and implementation engagement was the starting point of VBT which lead to it's incorporation in March 2013. Since then VBT is helping operators and agencies of public infrastructure with their strategic agenda for technology, to optimize their operations and to create new income from non-core assets.

In May 2014 Salcon Berhad (Salcon) joined VBT as investor supporting VBT's growth in the area of Smart Urban Environment offerings.
