Project almost kick-off for piling works in the swap deal between G & SP....will be this 1National Institute of Health (1NIH complex) in Setia Alam, Selangor, in exchange for 21.2ha of land in Bangsar will be the potential for SP price to goes up?
Last time, the total contract value for the 1NIH project is RM845 million, but now has escalated the cost to near 1B. However, Bangsar land is a superb prime area to be value added.

What is PNB, EPF and KWAP going to do with SP Setia which keep dropping? Most property stocks make heavy gain in 2013 but not SP Setia which make record sales but not share price gain. No sell call from brokerage firms yet price still down.

Tan Sri Liew, please do not leave us by March 2015. We need you to make SP Setia RM4 or RM5 in years ahead. SP Setia is ranked no 1 property developer by the Edge for the eighth time which no other property companies can match.

SP Setia will never be the same with the departure of LIEW. PNB & EPF can never manage it profitably and professionally. Too much meddling by politicians and lobbying by crocs. Funds will exit bringing price down to maybe even RM 2 - 2.5 in due course. Shld switch over to Focal Aims

strongly believe that SP Setia will do even better under the management of I & P Group, one of the top developer,hopefully liew will leave in march 2014 as expected so that more funds will push up to RM5 or even RM6, mega developer in the making, Malaysia Boleh, SP Setia Boleh, PNB, best of the best, smile : )
