Actually, EG is making averagely 30-40mil cash flow from operation per quarter
(note that this quarter of cash flow is negative, is due to increase of receivables .. meaning sales is done but customer haven't pay money)

EG total borrowings is 190mil. They should get debt free in 2 years time if things go smooth.

Eg is a sell. Come back when company growth really turn into profit. previous years growth investment is a waste without profit growth. Or drop till rm0.20.

If you take Ben Graham simple 30% discount to Net Asset guide

Rm1.21 x .7 = 84.7 sen

This is too simplistic

Another way to value Eg is by law of average

EG 52 weeks high was 86.5 sen and 46.5 sen lowest.

So add 86.5 and 46.5 sen then divides by 2

= 66.5 sen

SO THE LAW OF AVERAGE SHOWS THAT MANY HOLDING COST MIGHT BE AROUND 66.5 SEN

AT CURRENT PRICE OF 49.5 SEN WITH THE 52 WEEK LOW OF 46.5 SEN THE DOWNSIDE IS NOW LIMITED

AND WITH DOWNSIDE WELL SUPPORTED BY STRONG INSIDERS ACCUMULATION THERE IS LITTLE TO LOSE. THE UPSIDE DEPENDS ON WHAT DIRECTORS VISION

TOP TWO DIRECTORS ARE HOLDING A TOTAL OF 24% EG SHARES WORTH A COMBINED INTEREST OF RM33 MILLIONS
