Audited Annual Report not yet out then bid for project...do you think gov would approve company that audited account cannot come out one? SCIB subcon strong...company owe you 500+mil leh also no protest...no court action...like do donation...subcons exist or not?auditor got go see the project ah?check check the project from beginning until they get certificate of fitness
