ah botak... gmutual properties.. you don't worry.... they are building single storey... affordable small double storey link house.... mostly at the supper side of Johor bahru.... suitable for new small family.... their product will not be affected by those high end high price condon...
I am from JB.... I know gmutual, they are conservative.... prudent... like crescendo type.... spend 1 sen also must think many days... development not much... but can sustain growth steadily.....
garygee77---- agree... on those high end properties mah.... RM 800 / ft2.... RM 1,000/ft2.... of course how to sell loh.... Singaporean will still buying lah... they like landed properties... like those at ledang height...RM 1.2 million... like those at horizon hill... RM 1 million.... condon they don't like lah... same as HDB mah...
last time... 1st batch from horizon hill only sold at RM 600 to RM 800k... if you buy...you can sell RM 1.5 million... bcos 1st batch bigger size.... horizon hill 1st batch cluster home... RM 550k.. now can sell at RM 1 million .... singaporeans buying leh..... but condon I don't think so lah.... I am only interested in condon at RM 400 / ft2... got room to improve mah... rental also can return mah..

"Like most investors, I frequently have difficulty to decide when to sell to make profit. The best time to sell is when I see that the company is showing reduced quarterly profit. If the company is showing increasing quarterly profit, I do not sell too early." Taken from "Basic Share Investment Philosophy"
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
