This is a high DY counter, near to 8%, much better than put money into FD. On top of that, their div payment for the last 6 years was very stable: 14-15 sen.

In the 1Q2021 report released today, the company management said "the total unbilled sales at 31 March 2021 amounted to approximately RM225m". Hopefully, it will bring forward to next quarter and we could expect a better 2Q performance.

Dividend was approved at AGM. No announcement yet as to when. If we look at previous years, normally announced in June/July and payment will be made in July/August.

for those new comer, this counter's climb is the same every year...its a stable dividend counter..every year, it will reach around 1.9 - 1.92...then , after dividend, whole year hovers around 1.75-1.76...rinse and repeat..
so yeah, whichever price point tat u enter, within 2 years of dividend, ur cost is actually, 30cents lower. :)

another strategy, is to take up some loan (be it preferred member personal loan, or credit card with low / 0% interest loan ) to invest in this counter...
since we're in low interest environment, loan would be around 3-4%, and this returns u around 7%, even if u buy it at RM1.9 now..so, its still a worthy investment.
