The service was bad at old town arrival hall. Need to wait 30 minutes for a garlic toast. 20 minutes for a drink. Not even peak hour. Please improve, it affect Malaysian standards. from one of customers comment

There r many competitors outside , so the business is damn tough nowadays. Many business outlets with new concept of selling r up n coming and all charge cheaper than old town ,so customers got choices to patronize anyone who charge cheaper n nice foods. Many nowadays just charge 6% GST n void of service 10% charge . So this is a draw for customers.

cheaper selling price than oldtown may not mean good profit...whether the biz model is sustainable or not shall expose over the years...we shall not underestimate the oldtown management especially with the cash reserve of 180m which can be easily to revive their f&b biz...
