Coastal is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Thaumas Marine Ltd has secured a charter contract for a Jack-up Gas Compression Service Unit (“Jack-up”) for an aggregate value of approximately RM1.24 billion from a group of Mexican companies, which in turn has entered into a gas compression service contract with Petroleos Mexicanos (“Pemex”), the Mexican state-owned petroleum company.

The construction work will be started immediately and expected to complete in first half of 2015.

not sure your target....but coastal is one of my top pick this year and warrant should be right pick at this moment due to bullet limited, this stock need some holding power and people who hold tight will get handsome rewards.

Warrants now trading only at 7 sen premium to mother. Will be interesting to see if it succumbs to parity or re-establishes a premium pattern. Historical premiums for this warrant have hit as high as 50 odd sen to mother.

@listen_to_me> Yes, it does have a tendency to trade at a premium to the mother... but there's never a certainty in the stock market. Perdana Petroleum warrants traded at a discount to the mother for some time before it reached parity, and there was an arbitrage opportunity there. I don't like to give stock market tips but for what it's worth, I'm in it for the long haul and my target price is closer to RM3 for the warrants.

@L Vigna Kumar> Agreed bro, entered some at 1.92 yesterday, hopefully things will turn out alright. I actually have some faith in this stock, cause the more I read bout the business modal, the more I feel comfortable with it. Their contracts seem to be able to churn out more recurring income compared to the ship components they used to be focused on. Anyways,all the best investing bro. Do lemme know if you've got any other stock in mind :)
