Hamitouzhi,suing is time consuming and costly,first step is to catch them for cheating by producing the a/c for 2012 & september2013 to the authorities about their of RMB2.2bln in fixed and current a/cs.If they cannot prove their existence,then it is cheating bcos you bought the shares based on the cash balance,PER and dividends and excellent P&L A/c and the international business networks.If investigation by the Interpol police reveals that the aforementioned are non existing,then all of them all guilty of cheating,then of them will be arrested and their properties will be seized and frozen then we will stand a chance to get back our losses.This is the only way to pin/nail them down.
