not in the immediate future, unless for sure out of PN17 and no more -ve news abt the company; perception also has to be corrected abt CSL; it has to do some PR and 'damage control'; how, well the company's spokesperson has to do the job la. they shud emulate companies like SP Setia (last time la under tan sri) and a few other good cos on this PR with investors thingy

Alexofb2b...,for your babe,you can bring a blue or pink sapphire about 4 to 5 carats which are far cheaper than diamonds.You can go to Far East complex at Orchard Road in S'pore to buy 2nd second ones which are very much cheaper and get it tested by the gemologist there.

MYOB ,
Malpha is not my investment- grade stock, as the Directors have not added much value to the company, the accumulated earnings is reducing to even below 300 millions as compared to share holder value at near 1100 millions after more than 10 years of operations,,and with straight losses over 3 past Financial years, I view that records as unacceptable.

My definition for Investment-grade Stock must fulfil the followings:-
1) Immediate past 4 QTR must have positive growth and EPS are trending higher up consecutively
2) last 3- 5 years must have growth exceeding 20%,
3) PE/Growth =PEG which must be below 1.
Counters like Insas, L&G, Mahsing,...... are some of my picks here...
Pls do note that this is not a Buy/Sell Call lor......

Alexofb2b,when you buy a blue sapphire you must look for translucent quality that sparkle giving lustre shine, not dull, must not be heat treated,totally natural then it will have appreciating value.Sri Lanka or Burmese stones are good enough.
The gemmologist which owns a testing lab known as Nan Yang Gemological
Institute whose address is 14 Scotts Road Far East Plaza S'pore 228213.
He is a member of Gemmlological Association and Gem Testing Lab of Great Britain.In that complex yon also can find the 2nd hand Jewelry shops for selection of mounted stones.
