When the Judgement was first Obtained by Bankers/Creditors, Lap SAP made the appeal and applied RO. Since it was a first submission, the Court might have granted leniency and allowed some space for them to nego.....and apparently been taken advantage and prolonged with extension after extension.......and all these while the Listing Requirement Officials are blindfolded? or eyes watching green bills only?
