Earlier settlement formula stated below Sapura OMV disposal 2.3b but now if
Sapura OMV latest bid with RM5.73b look like white knight cash injection also not required anymore!!
The settlement formula is very simple:

Payoff 4.75b immediate due debts:

White Knight 1.8b
Sapura OMV disposal 2.3b
Total 4.1b

Another 0.65B or 650million from earnings and internal generated fund.

So statement formula:
Payoff 4.75b immediate due debts:

White Knight 1.8b
Sapura OMV disposal 2.865b
Total 4.665b

Another RM 0.085B or RM 85 million only coming from internal generated fund, Sap Sap water lah!!

In November 2018, OMV said it was investing up to $975 million for its 50% share of the equity in SapuraOMV in a deal the intended to springboard its Asia expansion.
