lawful or unlawful for the above-mentioned transaction is one thing,
so far no investigation was to carry out nor announcement was made at the moment
the question now is
1) how deep the pocket Dsonic is going to dig out to sustain Inno8tif, and
2) does Dsonic have what it takes to make Inno8tif to synergise its business
3) can Dsonic sell Inno8tif in the future for another gains
