This is a FANTASTIC company with no intention to GORENG, the company is pilot by Top Guns with Credible vast experience....Dato Azmi the Chairman himself is recognised as Malaysia Best lawyer by the ACQ and he sit on the board of Top companies such as Sime Darby,CCM,Pernec and PNS to name a few....have faith in CLIQ comrade.
whatever...par value = 1 cent, helo , if i'm the staff/the initial investor , putting my money from 10 to 30 cents...why i don't want to disposed at 60 cents or below??? 600% to 100% profit mah
definitely can collect below IPO, but at what price? EC will announce election date today.... I feel it will still drop further but after GE, and once the dust settles, should push back up :)
u wait until the staff profit at only 50% ... = (45-30)/45 x 100 = 50 % ...assuming staff paid 30 cents..., so if they sell at 45 cents..they will profit 50%, so tp around 45 cents
don't forget all the directors..some really paid only 10 cents...if i'm them ...i will dispose all ...and buy back at very cheap price...hehehe, people who wanted to promote when the share is down..actually own some...isn't it???
(i) The Company must place at least 90% of the gross proceeds from its IPO in a Trust Account immediately upon receipt of all proceeds. The monies in the Trust Account may only be released by the Custodian upon termination of the Trust Account; (ii) The balance of the proceeds from the IPO, being 10% of the proceeds, may be utilised to defray expenses related to the IPO and for working capital purposes including but not limited to operating costs, fund the search for a target company or asset and completing the Qualifying Acquisition;
Consequently, the Public Issue Share is a compound financial instrument as defined under MFRS 132 Financial Instruments: Presentation with a financial liability and equity component. The financial liability component being the fair value of the 90% of the gross proceeds, represents the Company's obligation to refund the IPO Trust Proceeds held in the Trust Account to the IPO Investors in the event the Company fails to complete a Qualifying Acquisition within the Permitted Timeframe.
there's no biz yet, so it won't be affected by any economic uncertainty, be it good or bad.
currently price is moving up and down based on sentiments and are not sustainable
as a company, i'm sure they've already identified potential companies to buy over and would finalise the deals in due time. I don't think we need to wait for > 1 year.
I'm sure they were already in talks since last year when this company was established. Just need to bide our time and collect at a lower price :)
Pathew: This statement sound very positive "they've already identified potential companies to buy over and would finalise the deals in due time"....hmmm sound just like they taking over company "S" in due time,Good Luck guys, all the best to everybody
