with only about USD150M fund, CLIQ could probably having trouble finding good asset to acquire within budget. Warrants conversion will give them another USD90+ million. They got to raise more fund from strategic investors or borrow bank money to fund acquisition. With current oil price, lousy producing assets also expansive.

Forget about the share price performance.

Hibiscus can churn out their first QA within a few months after IPO with much lesser IPO funds.

Sona can found their QA eventhough they are late comer compare to Cliq (of coz their fund size is bigger)

Cliq until this moment still can't strike anything.... If they were in World Cup, they should be out of the game long time ago.

I am talking about the fact and point.
