you want to earn BIG and fast you will be trapped one day.
choose those counter like matrix concept, you are paid dividend every quarter no miss. Datuk Lee even donated company shares to a chinese school in PD, 5 million shares, automatically the school become one of the company substantial shareholders, they get dividend regularly to sustain the school operation.
invest in this sort of company , you can rest assured your money is safe. you need not have to worry the property market perform or not this year ,next year and coming years . let Dr lee alone worries, we will get less dividend or not later, let Datuk Lee alone worry, Don't have to worry Datuk lee pakat with the crooks to squeeze us dry, don't have to worry when is the market going to crash.
what we need to do , share the good news, let more people benefit and we benefit even more because the price climb slowly up , up, up.... one year 15% is good enough, of course more better, normally good deed bring good return. why so stressful???????

In fact I am waiting for the next bear, so that I can collect many Matrix at lower price and receive high dividend every 3 months.

I opine that Matrix is a counter which we can treat it as a good shop office giving you consistent rental each 3 months.

Dextronium, if we come accross any stocks which carry the same characters like digi or matrix, buy a meaningful amount and ride it through its upside and down as they will be creating new highs after new highs slowly but surely, months after months years after years beside also giving us meaningful incomes i.e. lunch treats months after months years after years. Do not kill the golden goose who lays the golden eggs. The intangible here is the strength of brands and reputable landmark. If you've been visiting Bdr Sri Sendayan, you'll know why long termists are hunting matrix.

In fact, if we see it strictly from theory perspective, bonus issue should not create any value to the company except for better liquidity only.

Free warrant is a sweetener for shareholders to participate the long term growth of the company.

If the share price adjusts downward by taking excuse from the earnings dilution from free warrant, we can receive it as a good opportunity to accumulate more. The only condition is that our confident on company earning is still intact.

Dividend is determined by company earnings (eps) and dividend payout. After bonus issue, share base is enlarged thus eps will be reduced. IF DPO is 40%, the total dividend for us is actually the same before or after bonus issue.

Warrant is not entitled for dividend, unless it is converted to mother shares with money( exercise price).

Once warrant is converted, new mother share will be issued, consequently eps will be diluted further, thus the total div received will be in fact reduced.

However the money from the wa convertion can be used to reduce loan and saving interest which indirectly increase eps. Then div will increase back.

Ai Ya, it is very complicated, why don't we just leave it to the mgt and we just sit tight tight waiting for div. cheer!

Assuming Matrix's net profit is 200 million per year with 50% dividend payout. Thus 100 mil will be distributed as dividend and another 100 mil will be reserved in company which we as small shareholders can see but cannot eat. Year after year, the reserve will grow to a huge amount which is reflected as part of NTA. The company can utilize part of those reserve to distribute out as bonus share as a reward to small shareholders.

So, if we view bonus issue as the above, then bonus issue is a kind of goodies from the past profit of the company.
