Just another one more days, will know whether the QA success or not. Is either win or lose, nothing more. Big shareholders that decide the QA, not those ikan bilis.
The last minute capital refund proposed is rather unfair to investors who had voted prior to EGM. Maybe the Board of Directors will like to postpone the EGM so that all the investors have sufficient time to digest the latest proposal.
it was last minute because Sona management wanted to see the initial response. when they saw most rejected, they panicked, and announced the capital repayment.
as i say before, if Sona management really wanted the QA, they should've hired a syndicate to goreng up Sona price above net cash value. that way, all yield investors wiped up. afterall management shares only costs a puny 1sen to Sona management.
THE ONLY WAY for QA to be 100% successful is to wipe out the yield investors. How do you do that? Only one way..... THE SHARE PRICE MUST BE ABOVE THE NET CASH VALUE. NO EXCEPTION!
Yeah, all major shareholders are supporting the QA
non shareholders naysayers are just creating the noises
cheers

from the price activity, no needs to wait for tomorrow....you already can predict tomorrow's result.....for warrants holders, please be ready with your own coffin for tomorrow burial...sad...sad......
the other day, Germany vs England, Germany leading 2-0 at home play, by end of game England won 3-2 sometimes, we may think it was over when things were not favourable at that time but eventually the result was positive to Engld.
yes anything can happen. Just look, this year Leicester will win the EPL. Who would have thought a small unknown club like Leicester can win the EPL title????
Tomorrow is the voting time : Holding mother shares, nothing to worry as if voted Yes or No. But for warrants, there is risk, win big as QA approved, lose big as QA failed (either win or lose). Well, I do think Sona QA is a great deal, So, I will vote for Yes. Between, I hold both Sona mother shares and warrant too. Still I gonna said, is big shareholders(Corporation/Institution/Individual) to decide the QA.
so that they can firmly get back refund of abt 47sen after minus the liquidation cost & ect, which they think more safe than after QA approved the share price might down/up/no change..
IF i am CS or PA, i will play this game: 1) Create all the uncertainty in the market of QA approval up to today, and buy in large volume of WA at (0.045~0.05). Once QA approve tomorrow.. WA price will go up to ~0.10 based on 0.35 exercise price to be in the money (80-90% return)
2) Mother share to be kept or to be sold: Depends on price of SONA after QA approved. (Anyways they are going to get back the capital repayment ~ 10 ~ 12%) If appreciates, can sell at premium compared to purchase price. However, if price drops to around 0.43 (due to no more support by SC regulation), can still sell at discount however huge earning on WA.....
This definitely sounds like a plan =) So my guess is it will be a yes from them, and secretly collecting wa...
Yeah, make sense, I will do the same if I were big funds

Credit Suisse and PAG has submitted their proxy votes by now. The warrants seems like showing their VOTE of AGAINST. Take care guys. I'm going FOR QA tmr.
Got people sell, sure got people buy. Buyers aim for the success of QA, so that they can get a huge earn. They know the fact : "High risk equal high return".
it is purely a chance now that whether the QA will be approved or not.
for those holding mothershares at least you will get back a cash back value should the QA failed.
for those holding warrants the risk apparently now is very high of losing money due to QA not being approved. hence only play with money you can afford to lose as this is turning into a gambling bet on warrants.
the events leading to this egm has made me lose hope on the QA already. hence i have sold my warrants at a loss.
md not confident in bfm, vp hinting wasted opportunity should QA fails, the 80mil capital repayment too little too late and with conditions.
i think the spac structure has failed. one blogger did mentioned they have issues too much shares n warrants together. this is maybe true. but i for one did not like the 75% approval rule. leaves the QA to be cornered too easily.
guys gals make your decisions wisely and all the best.
