Bad review property Aset Kayamas? Antara Genting belum siap bina lagi. Review is based on individual project /location . Now is about B2B and location . Not about deposit of renovation bla..bla.. bla.. how often can you find owner happy with developer management ? Lebih lebih lagi during covid 19 pandemic this 2 years.

Purchased 126 service apartment units at Antara @ Genting Highlands on an enbloc basis from Aset Kayamas.

Antara @ Genting Highlands is under construction and development (with approximately 12% completion as at the LPD) with expected completion by January 2026. The proposed development will be carried out in 2 phases; the first phase of the development shall comprise the podium block together with Blocks A and B and the second phase shall comprise Blocks C and D. At this juncture, the first phase of the development is anticipated to be completed by June 2025.

ANYWAY, KANGER WAS MORE DIVERSIFIED.

In near future, we should concern more on these potentials of the company:


1. The proceed from the disposal of assets (if done) will give positive short term impact on profitability of Kanger.

2. Expecting the expansion in Jingzhou will allow the Group to focus not only on manufacturing of bamboo products but also processing of bamboo related foodstuff and bamboo eco-tourism in the near future. The businesses should be improved when the Covid-19 pandemic settles in the near future.

3. The contribution from Sung Master also expected to help Kanger in terms of increasing the company's revenue and profitability in the near future.

Comparable to BORNOIL in terms of NOSH, business diversification, quarterly performance and massive shares issuance.


Mr Kuah successfully raised 102 mil from recently concluded RI exercise and to use the money to purchase 126 serviced apartment units from Aset Kayamas.

Aset Kayamas benefited from the deal while Kanger shareholders have to wait for 4 years for completion of the serviced apartment to know whether it is the right investment.

Directors are responsible to ensure success of rights issue to raise fund from shareholders but they are not responsible to ensure shareholders make money from subscription of rights issue.

Lol, this is the first step of kanger to get involved in the property/construction sector, pretty sure in 1 year time will bring profit to the company.

Dont forget Kanger had bought 51% of Sung Master which provide construction material to Aset Kayamas, I believe there will be more potential project from Aset Kayamas which will benefit Kanger in the future
