If sanctions are to be respected by everybody, then they need to be exerted & imposed fairly & equally on everybody, without favouring some, and disfavouring some others. Or it would effectively be a kind of selective persecution, rather than true disciplinary action.

Reach is drilling oil in Emir-Oil . So far very successful in Yessen Oil Fields. Now Reach is also digging in Kariman Oil Fields on 6th Oct 2018. Also trial production period has been approved for the NK wells !
