nckcm players goreng and earn money but only goes to their own pocket, the money earn they do not put into company, company still no money to repay....
First of all go to their latest Quarterly report. Go to Cash Flow Statement, their cash balance is very low around 1 million only. For a construction company, 1 million cash is definitely not enough to continue operating. So when they need cash to pay their supplier or repay their debts? where they go? they can't borrow more money because the already borrowed quite much. 2 ways, Private Placement or Right Issue. Private Placement not so bad as Right Issues, but at the end of the day both dilutes your shareholdings. Meaning your Earnings per shares and dividend per share (if there's any) both will be lesser. This is one of the 3 piling players in Malaysia.. I think you know which one I like the most...
But nevertheless, the rebound in the construction sector has been quite profitable if you bought it early January or late December... But this is purely for punting lah... I hope no one chased the high end of the price
But I can see that the raw material prices are not as high as previous QR, but it can be risky too... Anyway can't advice you whether to hold or sell lah... But just a side note, this is not an investment grade counter, if you want construction ones, can consider suncon or my favourite piler.
Yes I still have, but you must understand ah, I don't have big big capital like you all. Anyway I believe that the improving oil price will improve our MYR against USD exchange rate and so the feed prices will be lower moving forward. So I expect Lay Hong coming QR could improve. And at 40+ cents when I bought it's still quite cheap.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
