Shizuka, ya man, felt sad for this counter cause it's my first buy and i lost money on it. Just want to know what's the future for them. Thanks for the info. Guess you're right when they're planning for private placement and most of it is just use to par down debt, think if they decided on right issue, a lot of people will just cut loss and run.

where got company announce ownself that they owe staff salary? only big organisation afford to sue them for outstanding payment, there still lots of small company out there cannot afford the legal fees to sue them and recover their outstanding payment.....
