Most of you here complaining dont even realize this is a laggard counter with strong fundamentals. Business is similar to Econpile Holdings and 1Q15 profit is RM8.5 million. Annualized that is RM34 million and you havent even assumed further growth which is very doable considering their order book has only increased recently and there is a high potential for orderbook replenishment..34 million deserves a PE of 14 times like Econpile = Close to 500 mil market cap.
Why I say 14x eventhough it is new and havent been winning contracts like Econpile? Because...Ikhmas Jaya is net cash post-IPO unlike Econpile which is slightly leveraged..Therefore Ikhmas Jaya is a safer play in a weak economy, which does not affect construction projects as the budget has already been allocated for it :D. BUY BUY BUY.
Based on latest profits, share price should be around 90-95 cents. Wait for political news to clear then it will zoom back. HUAT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
