Should be better than Malakof I think. MMC only hold 37% Malakof whereas Sunway hold 55% Suncon and Suncon directors still buying. Can someone calculate how much IB own Malakof and Suncon. RHB look buy more of Suncon than Malakof IB.

雙威建築（SUNCON，5263，主板建筑組）於今年7月27日上市，雙威計劃回饋上市所得予股東，料可獲取25至28仙特別股息。
“預計特別息講高於22至25仙預期，主要是較高首次公開售股價格及分配率，加上預測的11仙正常股息，該股料提供10%以上的週息率。”
該公司料在8月杪或9月初宣佈除權日，享有日則在此後的一個月。
