If I lose to you, not only will I surrender my ID but I do one step better than you offered - I will ban myself in i3 permanently. Good?
Now don't talk so much non-sense (I'm working la kind of crap), get your lawyer's tel number here and I will call him to make the draft on our betting then I will post for everyone in i3 to see. Of course if your parents allowed you to take this bet with me, I will bank in the $50,000 to the lawyer immediately. And I expect you to do likewise
A newly listed company without publicly available track records of previous few years. Just for the sake of getting listed in Bursa, it has done nice things to its recent few quarters balance sheets for the public viewing before listed.
What does seasoned & prominent investor Warren Buffett always taught people? Go seek the notes.
FPGROUP's STOCK PRICE IS RUNNING ON THE HYPE OF A NEW LISTING MOMENTUM BUYING THUS IT IS NOT SUSTAINABLE. Just look at the stock price against its NTA and u know straightaway.
It is a manufacturer/exporter so plz find one such commpany that has its share price super overvalued many multiple times than its NTA for a newly listed company.
Stock price: 0.74 Net tangible assets (NTA): 0.177
That is OVERVALUED 4.18x times!
This is also an OVERRATED company. It was listed on 29-Dec-2016 so that it can debut with momentum of joy and next few days were holidays. All timing games. Now it has been listed for 3 months or 70 days to be exact, most people treat it as FD of 3 months and started to dump the shares to take profits. This will be a SHORT-LIVED "DEBUT" SHORT BULL RUN.
If u are blind then plz ask someone to check for u on the technical charts. It has since EXHAUSTED last month in FEBRUARY and 23-02-2017 was the day the DOWNTREND has started.
This SHORT-LIVED MOMENTUM BUYING has come to an END at 0.740 price where GAP-DOWN just happened & started between 0.780-0.775 with black window. This will be the strong resistance.
Those people who put in money have pulled out their money because they know FPGROUP's share price is NOT SUSTAINABLE.
For the most recent 9 trading days, it has confirmed the DOWNTREND is going to stay. Check back all newly listed companies in bursa for the past one year, where is their stock price. FPGROUP's hypes of debut momentum buying has ended.
U think FPGOUP can forever post positive profits? What if BUMPY quarter happens just like that? Snap! Other manufacturers/exporters listed in Bursa also not spared from the bumpy quarters. Just look at the fragile currency exchanges, costs of raw materials, import costs and costs of doing business in Malaysia are even getting more expensive. Unless a company has long track records otherwise FPGROUP will not be spared to face bumpy quarters.
NEVER TOO OPTIMISTIC or OVER-CONFIDENT over its earnings. Seriously, it is just a manufacturer/exporter WITHOUT RECURRING INCOMES. How sustainable can its earnings be? Think of the fundamentals.
Foundpac's share price is sinking as IPO euphoria vanishes! The days of the momentum buying since its IPO debut 3 months ago on 29/12/2016 has been confirmed to come to an ending streak.
This is now an OVERVALUED and OVERRATED stock since its IPO days!
Stock price: 0.74 Net tangible assets (NTA): 0.177
An overvalued stock has a current price that is not justified by its earnings outlook or price/earnings (P/E) ratio, so it is expected to drop in price. Overvaluation may result from an emotional buying spurt, which inflates the stock's market price, or from a deterioration in a company's financial strength. Potential investors do not want to overpay for a stock.
The most common way to determine if a stock is overvalued uses relative earnings. Relative earnings analysis involves comparing earnings to some market value, such as price. The most popular ratio is the P/E ratio, which compares a company's earnings to its stock price. A company that's trading at a price 50 times its earnings is considered to be trading at a much higher multiple than a company trading for 10 times its earnings. In fact, the company trading for 50 times its earnings is most likely to be overvalued.
Analysts looking for stocks to short are looking for overvalued companies with high P/E ratios, especially when compared against other companies in the same industry or peer group. For example, assume a company with a stock price of $100, and an earnings per share (EPS) of $2, has a P/E ratio, calculated as price divided by earnings, of $100 divided by $2, or 50 times. If that same company has a bumper year and makes $10 in EPS, the new P/E ratio is $100 divided by $10, or 10 times. The company is considered to be overvalued if earnings are $2 per share, but undervalued if earnings are $10 per share.
Stock price: 0.740 Net tangible assets (NTA): 0.177 only
That is OVERVALUED 4.18x times to its NTA! Price-to-Earnings Ratio: 61.67 @ RM0.740
WHY SO OVERPRICED, OVERVALUED? This must be an OVERRATED stock or goreng up by the insiders and now they slowly disposing through proxies (e.g. Accomplices, family members, friends. etc.)
saltedfish, u said u only eat taichfun, right? Let's see whether u have the capacity to to absorb the chips first then I can know if u are just a wannabe.
Since saltedfish is an expert as he claimed then why is Foundpac's PE so high? Isn't it OVERRATED and OVERVALUED since IPO debut....was it goreng up & started the dumping from 23/02/2017 ? LOL
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
